Bradford Room

The Bradford Room, located on the first floor of the Ranch House, is ideal for parties, meetings, conferences, and other special events. The room accommodates up to 60 guests seated at tables or up to 75 guests with chair seating only. The room includes a beautifully redesigned partial kitchen with a sink and refrigerator. Set up and clean up must be completed within your reservation period, and early access for setup is not permitted. Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are allowed. Renters may use the caterer of their choice. All applicable liquor laws must be followed. If liquor laws are violated, the event will be canceled immediately, and the appropriate authorities will be notified. Furnishings provided with the rental must remain in the room and may not be moved to another space or used outdoors.
