About the Master Association

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association (KCRMA) serves the community by preserving the character, natural beauty, and overall quality of life within Ken-Caryl Ranch.

Guided by established covenants, architectural standards, and community policies, the Association works to protect property values while supporting a cohesive and welcoming neighborhood environment.

Led by a resident-elected Board of Directors, the Master Association provides governance and oversight for community standards, architectural review, covenant compliance, and open space stewardship. The Board is committed to thoughtful leadership, transparency, and long-term planning that reflects the interests of the community and its residents.

The Association also supports resident engagement through committees, communications, and volunteer opportunities that encourage participation and community involvement. Through responsible stewardship and active leadership, the Master Association helps maintain the unique identity and sense of community that define Ken-Caryl Ranch.

Master Association Board of Directors

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board of Directors is made up of resident-elected community members who provide leadership, oversight and guidance for the Association. The Board is responsible for helping preserve the character, standards and long-term vision of Ken-Caryl Ranch while representing the interests of the community and its residents. Board members work collaboratively to oversee policies, community initiatives, governance matters and Association operations.

The Board meets regularly throughout the year and residents are encouraged to stay informed through meeting agendas, packets, minutes and community updates available through the Association website.

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association provides access to important community documents that support transparency, governance and resident engagement. These resources help homeowners stay informed about the structure, operations and guiding documents of the Association.

Documents are organized for easy access and are updated regularly as new information becomes available.

Neighborhood Supplemental Declarations

Many neighborhoods within Ken-Caryl Ranch have supplemental declarations that apply specifically to their individual communities. These documents provide additional guidelines and restrictions that are unique to each neighborhood and may be more restrictive, but not less restrictive, than the Master Declaration.

Master Association Board Meetings

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board of Directors typically meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Ranch House. Regular Board meetings, excluding Executive Sessions, are open to residents and provide an opportunity to stay informed about community initiatives, governance matters and Association business.

The Master Association Board and Metropolitan District Board also participate in Joint Study Sessions periodically throughout the year as needed. Residents are encouraged to review the Community Calendar to confirm meeting dates, times and locations, as schedules may vary.

Meeting agendas, packets and minutes are available below and organized by year and month for easy access. Residents may also subscribe to receive meeting updates, agendas and Board materials through the Association’s Email Subscription Service.

Open Records Requests

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association is committed to transparency and providing residents access to Association records in accordance with governing documents and applicable policies. Homeowners may submit a records request to review eligible Association documents and official records.

Requests may include access to financial records, meeting materials, governing documents and other Association information as permitted by policy and applicable regulations. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your request to help ensure timely processing.
