Committees and Task Forces
Committees and task forces help shape Ken-Caryl Ranch. They bring residents and staff together to share ideas, review projects and support decisions that impact the community.
Committees are ongoing groups that provide input and guidance.
Task forces are created for a specific project and wrap up once the work is complete.

Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee helps maintain the look and feel of Ken-Caryl Ranch. From paint colors to home improvements and signage, they review requests to keep the community cohesive.
They’re also a helpful resource if you’re planning updates to your home.

Community Planning Committee
The Community Planning Committee looks at both short-term and long-term needs across Ken-Caryl Ranch. They support planning efforts, surveys and special community initiatives.

Election Committee
The Election Committee helps run the annual election for the Master Association Board of Directors. They make sure the process is organized, fair and accessible for residents.

Equestrian Center Committee
The Equestrian Center Committee supports the ongoing care and improvement of the equestrian center. They provide input on facilities, budgeting, communication, maintenance and community events.
Their goal is to help create a positive experience for boarders, riders and visitors.

Firewise Committee
The Firewise Committee focuses on wildfire awareness and prevention. They help educate residents and encourage steps that reduce wildfire risk across the community.
They also support events and outreach throughout the year.

Historical Society Committee
The Historical Society helps preserve and share the history of Ken-Caryl Ranch. They work to protect historical sites and make them more accessible for residents to enjoy.

The Open Space Committee helps care for over 4,800 acres of open space in Ken-Caryl Ranch. They provide input on maintenance, management and policies that balance recreation and preservation.
