Field Status & Closures
For the current status of all baseball and soccer fields on Ken-Caryl Ranch, please call the 24-hour Athletic Field Hotline at 303-979-1876 ext. 306.
Field status updates are posted:
- Monday–Friday by 1 p.m.
- Saturdays prior to the first scheduled game time
Please check field conditions before practices, games, or recreational use.
Field Use Information
KCRMD fields are available to Ken-Caryl Ranch residents on a first-come, first-served basis when not reserved for leagues or organized programming.
Fields are permitted for youth and adult sports leagues during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

Weather & Safety Closures
Fields may close temporarily due to:
- Rain, snow, or freezing conditions
- Unsafe playing surfaces
- Turf recovery or maintenance
- Scheduled improvements or repairs
Closures help protect field conditions and ensure safe play for all users.
Please respect all posted closure notices and avoid using closed or restricted fields. Unauthorized use may damage facilities and impact future availability.

We encourage all players, coaches, and visitors to:
- Check field status before traveling to the park
- Respect posted signage and closures
- Avoid use of wet or damaged turf areas
- Help preserve the quality and safety of community fields
